Pathetic

It has been two whole weeks my 5G is down, I have tried everything and I still don’t have connection.

I lodged more than 15 tickets with no call back, they are closing the ticket without calling me.

This week I have lodged a request to cancel the 5G and still no call from rain. I am paying for a service I cannot use. Pathetic people
