Pathetic

Absolutely useless service I ordered a simcard two days ago it arrived yesterday however I did not open nor use the simcard , I cancelled it, the next day my account was debited for R499 for a simcard that I had for ONE DAY and one that I have never used, been trying to get a refund no calls, inboxes or any other means of contact are being acknowledged. Wish I could give no stars at all!!!
