Pathetic

Am sick and tired of Rain i have been calling for over 6 weeks regarding my network coverage at home, and i told them that i get home around 6 late. I myself make means and call when i get home but still no assistance from them the coverage doesn't do anything, i reset and everything they ask still nothing and yet its not working. The technician that was assigned called me and asked him to call me when am home but did not receive any call. I called again and it was assigned to Advanced whatever and received a call from Neo and he promised to call when am home still did NOT recieve the call. I want to understand that how long do i have to wait for my coverage to be fixed? What exctly am i paying for? Am so angry that i feel like you people are making me a fool regaring this whole matter i keep calling and no one is able to assist with this coverage more especially when am home. I cannot be buying data yet am paying for uncapped wifi with rain. You are really unprofessional and i want to cancel this whole thing cos it is not doing any justice no one is willing to fix the problem.
