PATHETIC

I called and cancelled my 5G on the 3rd December. The consultants keep saying they will escalate the matter , till today i’ve had no one call to arrange collection for the device, and they said they will only refund me once the device has been collected. i called in again today spoke to 4 different agents 3 of which could not put me through a manager, while speaking the consultant will drop the line and call back and drop before i can say a word. this is such pathetic service! I JUST WANT TO CANCEL !!!! and get my refund. This provider has no sense of urgency and they definitely not trained on how to treat customers
