I did a little experiment with my wife,I asked her to request a call from rain website for their sales service and sure enough within a minute they called,is rain even a legitimate and professional business or one of those ***** businesses who are quick to sell you a product but not willing to come to your aid when you need them to service it, when you cancel their service they will never stop deducting your money
