Pathectic service delivery

I have had rain now for the past year and when i first got the service it was great had no issues with speed now all of a sudden since moving to a new area i always have issues and have logged multiple complaints about the service and taken screen shots of speed tests and also the nearest towers and the tower im connected to. This never helps its always a new person who replies but never responds on time i end up getting a reply on 2 days later of the querie i logged and i buy my own data from cell c just so i can keep connected for work purposes. The most i get told is i live in a poor location and then nobody ever calls me to try resolve this. Come on people start doing your jobs of what me a customer pays for.
