Password reset

I am very disappointed by the customer care center and the their poor knowledge of service, have to call and wait forever with mo one answering and the after all the waiting later you get a consultant who can't help you , all I needed was just a password reset,

Went to rain website to reset but upon pressing submit so that I can get email link for me to reset password nothing happens and I got a ticket request saying use this website link to reset still after doing it Nothing happens, I don't ht anything, I am tired sick and tired my hair time and data wasted trying to fix one thing the whole entire day ,but comes month end they don't forget to debit money from my account, I need urgently assistance on this issue, my money I have wasted calling rain poor customer service
