Part pay not working
I used the part pay option and was told my service would be restored. This is not the case. Why do you lie to your customers like that?

29 Jan 2022, 09:42As an aside: I paid and authorised my monthly payment on 15 January, but the payment was never taken from my account. I'm honestly sick and tired of the monthly struggle to get you paid. Please fix your payment system, before it costs you clients.
