Painfully Slow and Unreliable

Rain prides itself in providing affordable internet, but what is the point of affordable internet if you can never access it? At first the internet speeds are very good, but give it a couple of months and they descend into shockingly slow speeds of 1-2mbps! Customer service is not helpful in this regard. They basically said there was nothing they could do about the useless speeds.
