Paid-up letter is all I ask

Rain consultant told me that I owe them another R250.00 of which I don't know how because I paid all the debt they handed over to easton berry collections. He told me to send them the statement I got from easton berry to ***. I did that last week but still no response from them. All I want is a paid-up letter due to me after i have paid all my debt.
