Paid in full but no feedback

Hi. I’ve been waiting for a full week now for feedback on my order ***. I was told it would be delivered no later than Thursday 3 December. It’s exactly a week later and I haven’t had any response at all besides a mail stating that everything is sorted which I don’t understand as I haven’t gotten any mail or calls as to resolve my dispute. I’m still stuck with bad 4g service so please inform me if my 5g device will be delivered either to my work place by latest tomorrow as I won’t be home to receive it as I took off last week for that reason. If this is not possible then please cancel all my current contracts/ products. Thank you
