Paid for no service
Bought the new rainone with 2 data Sims basic package. Was charged for it almost a week ago and still no service. The lady at Constantia rain store in Roodepoort said it was activated as I left the store, but it wasn't. Called the call centre, was told I would get an activation email, nothing yet. Almost half the month has passed and I'm yet to receive the service I paid for. Do not recommend.

15 Jul 2024, 11:29An update on this - Rain has sorted it out and my service is now activated. It is disappointing that one has to resort to public platforms to get something done, but I do applaud that it was handled. Thank you.
