Paid for a service I'm not getting
My name is Zikho Tilayi . I'm a client at rain. I have had the worst service. I have not been able to connect since the 1st of December 2020. I have been calling everyday about my issue and I have received no assistance . These are some of the reference number . ***, ***. I have paid for a service that I'm unable to enjoy . I'm calling everyday with my airtime , I have to buy data in order for me to connect to the Internet , but I paid for the service.
