PAID BUT STILL NO CONNECTION.

Subscription payment made past week, I've been offline for 5 days now with a message that I'm still in areas. Doesn't make sense at all.

Escalated the mater a number of times but no one is available to help. My last phone call, waited 16 minutes for someone to pickup but nothing happened.
