Paid, but have no connection.

We made payment on my account and after countless calls we still did not get our connection.

I'm being told I'm behind on payment , however Ion my app there's no such thing.. My app shows R-0.00. My billings on the app don't show anything, I've requested for them to send me proof of what they're talking about, I'm still waiting WITH NO CONNECTION STILL
