PAID BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THE FULL PACKAGE AS PROMISED

I just received my 5g home wifi delivered to my work address, was not opened as i had a busy day at work. As soon as i got home i opened the package and indeed the wifi was found, i received no information from the agent on how to use and set the router, as i opened there is one simcard holder not in the normal page and has no simcard in it. when i lifted all the boxes i found 1 simcard i inserted the simcard on the router and tried the password and i receive an error message the password is inccorect. i then contacted my colleague who just bought the same router as well and she advised i have to receive 2 simcards 1 with 1 gig data and the other one is my unlimitted data i received none. I AM DISGUSTED ON THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM RAIN I FEEL I AM BEING *****ED, I DO NOT THINK I WILL REFER ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMEBERS AND FRINDS IF THIS IS THE SERVICE THEY GIVE TO THEIR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS.
