Paid but can't use internet

I would give this company zero star if it was possible I mean I thought you only pay for the services you use but however that's a lie, we did not pay for September for which we did not get the internet connection but then we were debited for August but still can't use the internet we being told we have outstanding balance I don't understand for what because we did not use any internet in September because it was off due to non payment how are we supposed to pay for something we did not use...the worst company ever and their customers services is very poor you speak to a robot all the time...people should just use fiber
