Package change with no line speed increase
I upgraded to premium but I'm still struggling to stream on my smart TV due to low line speeds so wat was the purpose of upgrading if I still have the same problem as before if there is no difference why pay more for a package of wireless where fibre most probably will give u better results pls advise why line speeds are not increased

05 Feb 2023, 16:24It's been 3 days no network I upgraded to premium just to be 3 days without network and it frustrating as I have a wireless security system so they is not even working been a client of urs for at almost 3 and half years buts lately network has been ridiculous always down pls something has to be done or unfortunatel customers going to go look else where for another ISP
