Owing Rain yet with no Subscription

I had a subscription of R250 that I paid monthly until I decided to stop due to being a pensioner and being unable to continue payments. I later found out I had to stop the subscription in app or via a call when I was called and told to pay R891. I paid it then ended the subscription only to be called a few months later to be told to pay an additional R900 yet I had no outstanding payments. I tried reaching out to Rain but to no avail.
