Oversubscribed?
Rain, Rain, Rain should be Desert a much more appropriate name for service provider that doesn't provide any service. Your apologies are hollow and meaningless. You "fix " the problem for 2 days and guess what? Yip on day 3 the problem is back. Go through the support process again and again, stop-start. Can you please address the real problem, fix it; instead of employing reset technicians! Lets get to the problem/problems resolved permanently! We were totally satisfied before and the problems only started in February 2022. RAIN are you maybe oversubscribed in the Kya Sands area? Get it sorted!
