Rain promise for refund, because they overcharged but never refund even they promised for!!! PLEASE DONT USE OR DONT BUY ANY RAIN PRODUCT IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE SAME PROBLEM. Or just buy and allow them to ***** your money from your credit card. I am busy opening chargeback case to FNB also I ll escalate FALSE ADVERTISING to ICASA as well. Rain= SHAME OF SOUTH AFRICAN MOBILE NETWORKS.
