Overcharged without a valid reason
Dear Rain,
Can you please explain why I am still charged R709 when I downgraded the speed and only getting 2gig for the 4G sim cards? I did the downgrade 2 months ago. I am absolutely livid. Can this be sorted ASAP. I have wasted enough time and resources trying to get this resolved.
