Overcharged, lying ********* consultants

Overcharged. Calls recorded yet still overcharged when told by agent all is good on phone and in store.

Instagram consultants are ********* and lie. Always trying to cover their tracks but I have screenshots and tickets of recorded calls etc.

Worst service ever.
