Overcharged for non existant service
Rain advertised last year unlimited 5G home wifi (30mbs) +FREE mobile for 2 phones For R595. I took the offer after being on RAIN unlimited 5G at 100mbs at R999 ... I see that I am on 30mbs have 2 sims for phones that cant receive calls and am being charged R959 ???? and overcharge of R450 since July ????? for a product that doesn't work as advertised - I cant receive calls and have been complaining for months - multiple support tickets

01 Dec 2023, 07:11Yesterday my service showed 30mbs Today it shows 100mbs service - If you can manipulate my service why ask me to do adjust back to 30mbs - I simply want the credit for past months where I have been overcharged R959 instead of R559- I did take screen shots which i have emailed to you - You moving the service from 100 mbs DOES NOT resolve issue - BTW I still can not receive calls ???
