I got an email stating I have peak on 4G which is incorrect and claims someone tried calling and no missed calls

No one called and I just got an email breaking down the wrong invoice. What the heck guys I expect a call and a refund asap of R329

The debit order was refunded yesterday and this morning the wrong amount is debited from my account R1213.

For second time the wrong amount was taken from my account.

Rain South Africa, I'm supposed to pay R884 what kind of games you playing.

Rian sent me a sms saying disregard the increase and I sent you proof and no of you can proof that I received further communication of the increase.

I received an email to say there wil be a refund, the amount should be R329 and going forth the amount I need to pay monthly is R884 as no one can send proof that they sent me communication of the increase and have sent sms received from rain to disregard the increase.

I'm going to every social media platforms, if this is not resolved immediately. I want my refund of R295. Last month June I was overcharged and you refunded me and this month July I'm overcharged. The next thing I'm told that I'm getting a credit note only R295. I want my refund.
