Overcharged

Rain is the worst network,all they do is bill you even when you asked for cancellation,i paid the money that was owed to you but it doesnt make any change,they fail even to update the payment on the app,instead of them cancelling the services with me,they’d even go as far as adding the money. I havent used the rain simcard for a good 1year and now that i managed to pay and even opted for cancellation of the simcard,all they do is to still bill me.

Rain is a ****,when you call them,they are unreachable..do not fall for this ****,look for any other network to work with except rain😡😡
