Overcharge

I wanted to close my rain account in November and a consultant told me I could pay 297,5 for 3 months until end of January, she didn't mention any T's and C's to that agreement however to my surprise when I decided to cancel my account in January, I was Charged 595, had I been told I would be charged normal amount if I decided to cancel I wouldn't have agreed to the 3 months 50% off. I've received multiple refence numbers but no one has called. I'd like a refund of the 297,5 for January because that was not part of the agreement. All the references I've received ************
