Over promise under deliver

If I could rate Rain a zero rating, I would. Trying to cancel this sh$tting after sales over promise and under delivering network. Was promised that technicians would call- 4days later nothing. Worse, cancelation department also promised they would follow up and revert back. Nothing. Worsed customer service Ive ever experienced. You got the best Marketing and Sales teams, but **** after that
