Over promise & Under deliver

I was so excited to see when Rain launched in South Africa. But it seems they might have bitten of more than they can chew. Launched a ticket with them 5 days ago without response. My download speed is either non-existent or I get a maximum of 50kb/s, which is useless.

I'm a videographer and video editor, so consistent high internet speed is very important. I REALLY wished Rain was the solution, but it's just another company that over promise and under deliver. Too bad.
