Over Promise and under deliver

Rain's service is a absolute *****. Their delivery was promising at first, but has gone down the drains. I've had connection issues for the last 2 years. Had a technician investigate who ,by the way, was shocked at how good the signal strength is as my modem has a clear line of sight to the tower 900m away. and i only get 80mb/s max. Their demand is much higher than what they can support, so premium members gets the same as their lower packages. They are selling packages they can't deliver..

Hi,

This is not a outage. A outage can't take 2years to be fixed. It's been another 18 days after your response and no luck. My network speed is a constant 10mb/s

Thanks for the reply. I switched of the device for 10min, no luck. Switched it of for 60min, no luck. For the last week I've been getting less than 10mb/s .
