Over debited😡😡😡😡
I need my refund... Was debited over R1500 for what I don't know.
Please fix this mess as it's affecting my finances and debit orders.
Please allow me to pay manually every month to avoid this and stop debit my account.

I'm on unlimited which my bill should be R545 or something like that.... Why I'm I being charged over R1500 for both months?
I got to the invoice on my app and saw my 4g Sim is still active and I'm being charged why is that as I have upgraded to 5g...why will I still use that 4g. Can you please cancel it.
Is Rain not Prepaid?
