Over charged by Rain

It is with great disappointments that what rain advertise on TV and Website is total false. It is advertised that rain is not a contract but a monthly deal where by if you can't afford to pay then you are not billed or given data until one pays however my case is different. I was unable to pay but rain kept on giving me data for an hour on and off and now I was told that I am need to pay R1058 which keeps on increasing till date. Now that amount is R2116.00. Not only am I disappointed with Rain but I will never recomment it to anyone if fact people must know that what is advertised is not what is offered. Shame on you Rain.
