Over charged and disconnected

We had a network problem so Rain decided to upgrade to upgrade pur router, but did not disconnect the old router as the new one was a replacement. Month end we got charged twice and were disconnected even after we had made a call to have the old router shut off and had requested for a callback multiple times but no one has gotten back to us to resolve this matter
