Over charged

Been sending mails and logged tickets to support to collect my old account of 4G,was told it was closed requested a sim swop ,receives a wrong one..the 101 phone sim. Went to rain shop in town Square to purchase the 5G package and also asked the guy whom was helping me to close the old account as l don't use it and keep on being billed for it.i was advised that it's closed.again the bill its still high being charged for the same account and the new one.this is very unprofessional
