Over Charge

I'm ****ed with Rain, the past months I was using Rain and the services was good until I lost a job, so I couldn't continue with it. So I asked them to stop the account which they didn't. I was paying R299 for Data.

So now they told me I owe them R1200 for 4 months. I don't know how because I wasn't using their data but they continued charging me.
