Over billing and ************* customer service

I was under the impression that Rain was sold as no contract but pay as you use service. As a student I stopped buying the Wi-Fi in February as I can’t afford it anymore. And as of now I’m still shocked that you guys are still billing me for something using and that bill just keeps on increasing. Can you guys cancel my subscription I can’t keep on being billed for something I stop using long time ago.
