Over billed me R1363,87 for their system that didn't switch off

So they over billed me R1363,87 For when they should of switched off the internet from 6pm to 11pm I've emailed no response from then but later on today I'm going to see my attorney because that is theft. Because billing me for a problem with their systems that didn't switch off at 6pm to 11pm.
