Over bill
Why am I being billed for a subscription that is off or suspended, The wifi was switched off on the 25th April, now I have a bill of 1269 that is outstanding that includes May, if you have a streaming subscription and you don't pay it and it gets suspended you can't use it, when you pay it after a month of non use they don't bill you for the month you did not use it, So Why do I have a May invoice if the subscrption was cancel. On multiple time I had to make manual payments cos even though my card details is there, yourl still don't debit my account. If bill run is on the 1st of the month why is the wifi suspended on the 25th already? we are not using the full month we paid for on the 25th

26 May 2026, 08:44The 650 is for which month? cos I know the 615 was the March being paid in April, but the 650 seems like April being paid in May, why must I pay for the subscription if it was suspended? again if the we look at a subscription with a steaming platform, if the subscription is not paid you don't use the streaming service until its paid, they don't back date the amount from the previous outstanding amount
