Second complaint and after over a year I'm still sitting with your outdoor unit, guess I must toss it away now?

24 Nov 2021, 11:45Ram driver came Friday without arranging so nobody was home, so told them to come Monday and till today nobody came back. I need you to collect or I am throwing this thing away. Over a year to collect ia ridiculous.
