Over 6 months of no network connectivity

It’s been over 6 months that I have been complaining about the network coverage, I always have to go into the office(that’s very far by the way) because I do not have network coverage and I cannot keep making excuses regarding network issues. I am always told the tower behind my house has problems and technicians have been working on it for 8 months now and they will connect me to an alternative tower but this problem goes on forever and when I complain on X or right here on hello Peter I get a call or reply but it’s never resolved…why should I keep paying for the same service that I don’t enjoy 90% of the time? I stream tv online,attend school online and play games online and depend on the very same network to perform my work and it’s not getting any better and I don’t have alternatives SADLY😭 I have suffered emotionally and financially & I wish I afforded a lawyer for you guys to compensate me cause this is just too much💔
