Over 1 week after receiving my package I couldn't use it because it had not been activated

Over 1 week after receiving my package I couldn't use it because it had not been activated. I made numerous call to rain on *** number without any success and I spent well R500 on those calls. I could not get through. If could, there'll an issue with network I would not be audible. I was frustrated and angry. Also needed a statement or invoice. One agent promised to send it 2 weeks ago. Until now I'm waiting. Today I spoke to Namita Gaikwad who picked my call soon after I dialed and she was so helpful and patient. Narita clearly explained the billing process and assured me that my first invoice will generate on the 30th November 2023. He Service was excellent *Rating:* 5 out of 5.
