Outstanding service

I was fortunate to have Nikki Shane Fennis assist me with various problems I was having logging into my Rain account, changing my password etc. I am a geriatric client so technology is a bit a problem most times. Nikki was incredibly patient & helpful. She spent forever assisting me through this maze of technology in the most pleasant way possible. They couldn't pay me enough to do what Nikki did this morning. She is a true asset to Rain. Well done young lady. I hope you get the recognition you so rightly deserve
