Outstanding refund

Charged me a month extra, waiting on my refund since January and they are not responding to my emails. (sent 4)

Here was the original email, device was also collected.

RAM will contact you and collection will take place within 1-3 working days.

A refund of R999 for the month of December 2021 will be allocated to your account after the device has been received and tested at the warehouse
