Outstanding amount? Up to date? No internet

My account shows up to date. When I switch my 4G on it says to log in. When I open the log in it says there may be an outstanding amount. When I log in it says yp to date. Been without internet for days. Only automated responses given. No help whatsoever.

Now I get an sms stating an outstanding amount. The payment date is set to 25th. When I log in it says up to date. ***?

I wanted the payment date on the 1st, but Rain decided to take the money on the 1st, then the 2nd, and then on the 6th. Ridiculous. So I moved it back to the 25th. Now this bull****
