Outdoor router is not connecting to nearby towers and 5G tower is down
Good Day
Kindly note the network is offline and it was online for two days only.
I am currently using outdoor router and there's no connections to nearby towers. I hope I am credited for the 8 days as well.

The 4G network is very bad. You can browse a thing.
Is there any updates regarding 5G tower? It's been three days plus the previous 8 days that I must be credited.
I am even using my own telkom. I tried to negative it on the interface to make network stable but it's not working properly

4G tower is offline as well. Outdoor router says no service.
