OTP - Out To **** me off

Rain, more like a storm to duck and cover from.

Or at least that what it seems the offices at Rain have done since the pandemic, its almost as though not one of the staff has internet at home to base an office out of. The irony is like an impending storm.

From a place that prides itself in connecting the world i find it impossible that not a single support staff is available to assist with issues, the fact that rain is quick to shut accounts and stop service but not willing to assist with payments is unacceptable.

We need an otp sent to activate a payment and its just doesn’t happen, someone needs to look into this and make sense of a bad sand storm situation.
