Orderd rain one on 25/11/23 after countless back and forth my order could not be delivered to my wife as promised after jumping through all of the hoops requested by rain. I wasted over R200 in airtime to sort this out and still the same issue being made by rain. Upon the courier arrival my wife was advised that rain has still not made the arrangements with them as promised. They (rain) then mentioned a proof of residence for my wife and when she produced it they informed the courier to not deliver.
