Order was returned back without proper information

My order was returned by the courier companhy RAM after the SIM could not be processed due to RICA documents being incomplete. The courier personnel was very rude and unprofessional and she was not knowledgeable enough to explain to client what was going on. And when I sent an email to Rain Support for help on Friday afternoon, no one has bothered to contact me back to assist. And this is a service that I have already paid. I am so very disappointed at the lack of customer service displayed so far from from both RAM and Rain.
