Order placement not processed 11days after payment

The service from rain is ridiculous, I paid on the 25th for my unlimited package and since than my order has not been processed but my money has been banked! I have been sending emails one way and there is no reply, got a reply recently and they said they have escalated my matter. That was 3days ago! Im regretting why i opted for rain, they service is just ridiculous. Im disgusted!!! They dont even deserve the 1 star rating... they should get a no star rating
