ORDER NOT DELIVERED

I've purchased rain sim card on the 05 May already, up to today i have not received the sim, when i try to track my order it confirmed delivery has been done. I went to the address as it is take a lot collection address and is near me , nothing from RAIN, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY ORDER . can someone please call and give a clarity on what happened and how i should get my sim ORDER NO IS 841445, IVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO WRITE ON YOUR SUPPORT COLUMN NO RESPONSE, THIS IS SO FRUSTRATION AS I NEED TO DO SCHOOL WORK FOR MY KIDS. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC , AND UNACCEPTABLE
